Say you go out to eat at a restaurant that doesn't have any sustainable initiatives (like recycling/composting, using CFLs, sourcing food locally, etc.).  Leave this message with your bill.

Basically, anywhere you can leave this message in the hopes that it will get to a decision maker who takes notice.

It is up to us as customers to demand change in non-sustainable operating principles.  The only way nothing will happen is if customers do nothing.
