The eMonitor by Powerhouse Dynamics is a whole home circuit-level energy monitor. There are 3 different versions of the eMonitor: 4-14, 4-24, and 4-44. The second number after the dash represents the number of circuits that can be monitored.

One of the features the eMonitor has that we haven't seen on other circuit-level energy monitors is the ability to communicate with a smart thermostat over your home's wifi network!
It is important to note that their is a 2-year subscription fee to be able access graphics, diagnostics, analysis, alerts, and phone and/or tablet apps. From the FAQ section of the eMonitor website:
"If you choose to terminate your subscription, you can still get access to your basic eMonitor data in one of 2 ways.
First, the eMonitor device itself has an embedded web server that you can access over the web like any other site. We can provide you with the URL at any time. (Please note that this is raw data with no graphics, but does provide real-time energy usage numbers).
We will also provide you with all historical data upon request. What you no longer get when you discontinue your subscription is access to the on-line Dashboard, all diagnostics, analysis and alerts."
